Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: March 1, 2026
• End Date: July 31, 2026
• Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Clinical Details:

• Practice Setting: Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy (Endo) for Hospital
• Provide independent anesthesia care for general surgical and endoscopy procedures
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• CRNA Supervision/Independence: Independent work with remote supervision by Anesthesiologist
• Average Number of Cases Per Day: 15
• Trauma Level/Designation: Level 4
• Annual ER Volume: 16,000
• Description of OR Staff: Rooms staffed per procedure with Registered Nurses (RNs) and techs
• Number of Operating Rooms: 2 Operating Rooms with 1 Endoscopy Room
• Patient Age Demographic: Pediatric to Geriatric
• Procedures Required:
  • General Surgical Cases (Adult and Pediatric)
  • Minor Nerve Blocks
  • IV Regional Anesthesia
  • Plexus Anesthesia
  • Spinal Anesthesia
  • Epidural Anesthesia
  • Regional Anesthesia
  • Ventilation Management
  • Local Infiltration

Requirements:

• Board Certified in AANA
• Active MI Medical License
• BLS, ACLS Certifications
• Local Provider Only
• Clean Malpractice & License History (Highly Preferred)
