We are seeking a skilled CRNA to provide independent anesthesia care for general surgical and endoscopy procedures at a leading facility in Ionia, Michigan. Enjoy day shifts from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with remote supervision from an anesthesiologist and no on-call requirements. Practice Setting: Operating Room (OR) and Endoscopy (Endo) for Hospital
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
CRNA Supervision/Independence: Independent work with remote supervision by Anesthesiologist
Average Number of Cases Per Day: 15
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 4
Annual ER Volume: 16,000
Patient Age Demographic: Pediatric to Geriatric
Key Responsibilities:- Provide anesthesia care for general surgical cases (adult and pediatric)
- Administer minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, and plexus anesthesia
- Perform additional procedures including spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, ventilation management, and local infiltration
- Board Certified in AANA
- Active State Medical License in Michigan
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Local Provider Only (mileage reimbursement only)
- Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred)
- Copy of the NPDB, self-query required at presentation (should be pulled within 30 days)
- Active Michigan Nursing License
- Board Certification in AANA
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
