Senior Project Manager – Commercial Doors, Frames & Hardware Address 2421 East Gowan Road, North Las Vegas, NV, 89030, US Compensation $90,000.00 - $100,000.00/year Job Overview CMD Inc is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to take charge of Division 8 commercial projects from contract to closeout. You will be responsible for leading the project management team, ensuring timely delivery and installation of doors, frames, and hardware, while also mentoring junior PMs and maintaining excellent client relationships. This role requires initiative, organization, and leadership to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring accurate execution and delivery. Supervise and mentor project managers within your department. Review project contracts, drawings, and estimates for accuracy and clarity. Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors and customers. Lead the submittal process, including creation, review, revisions, and approvals. Coordinate procurement of materials and confirm specifications, finishes, and hardware details. Manage vendor communication and update customers on delivery timelines. Conduct job site visits to confirm field conditions and coordinate deliveries. Oversee shipping logistics, delivery photos, and site arrival conditions. Coordinate installation services, punch lists, and project closeouts. Handle change orders, billing, and final documentation. Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in Division 8 (doors, frames, hardware). Proficient in Excel, Procore, QuickBooks, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Protech. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams. Able to train and mentor others while continuing to learn. High school diploma or GED required.
