Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

PrideStaff has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for a client located in Westminster. This is a temporary to hire opportunity, depending on employee performance and business needs.

Job Duties:

  • Scheduling and reaching out to customers to schedule/reschedule and confirm appointments as necessary.
  • Answer phones and route to proper extension or take message
  • General correspondence including email
  • Data entry
  • Submitting reports for several buildings

Job Requirements:

  • General office experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Basic computer skills
