Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition team by handling recruiting-related administrative tasks and supporting daily hiring activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with sourcing and identifying potential candidates
- Post job openings to online platforms and internal systems
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) data
- Utilize job boards such as Indeed to support hiring efforts
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth recruiting operations
Qualifications
- 1+ year previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR support
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Ability to handle a high volume of tasks with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
Additional Details
- Hourly contract position (68 weeks with potential to extend)
- Hybrid schedule: Remote Mondays & Fridays; In-office TuesdayThursday
- Standard business hours
