* Full benefits package to our full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, short & long term disability, auto insurance, and so much more!* 401(k) Retirement Plan**Key Responsibilities*** Researches discrepancies in billing and payment* Responds to credit inquiries for references* Provides periodic financial updates to management* Manages process for writing off outstanding payments* Looks for and works to collect required approvals for credit and other accounting requirements* Enacts accounting procedures* Provides instruction on accounting procedures upon request or as part of regular training* Reviews night audit reports* Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest service* Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution, and follows through when resolving guest problems* Provides Yes I Can! genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis* Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction* Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality* Two years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a hotel setting* Bachelors degree preferred* Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork* Advanced knowledge of accounting, finance and hospitality profession* Experience with accounting software* Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
