Come join our team and see where this exciting opportunity can take your career./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliComplete general administrative duties on time with high quality./liliAnswer incoming phone calls, greet and assist visitors, and direct patrons to appropriate personnel./liliSet up customer contracts, process invoices, transfer documents and perform accurate data entry into various systems./liliCoordinate truck freight invoices and document information./liliAssemble and maintain files including accurately entering all information, keeping files updated and maintaining complete electronic file documentation./liliOrder office supplies and maintain a clean office./liliSchedule meetings, arrange facilities, logistics and catering and distribute meeting information./liliAssist in preparing presentations, organizational charts, phone lists, etc./liliProvide clear communication with location managers, board members, and patrons./liliManage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet all required timelines./liliMaintain a full understanding of company products and services./liliWork with sensitive material and maintain highest level of confidentiality and integrity./liliMaintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions./liliPerform other duties as needed or assigned./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications (required)/h3ulli1+ years of experience in Office and Facilities Services/lili1+ years of experience in Administrative Support/liliHigh School diploma or GED/li/ulh3Additional Qualifications/h3ulliProficient in Microsoft Office suite/liliStrong communication skills, both verbal and written/liliBasic math skills/liliAbility to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business needs/liliPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
