Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator provides critical administrative and coordination support to recruiting teams by managing interview logistics, candidate communication, and onboarding activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Interview Coordination & Scheduling

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Ensure timely, accurate communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Candidate Travel & Expense Management

  • Arrange candidate travel and lodging in accordance with company policies and budget guidelines.
  • Process and track interview-related expenses accurately and efficiently.

Candidate Experience & Communication

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
  • Provide clear, professional, and responsive communication at all stages.

Records & Documentation

  • Maintain organized records of candidate interactions, interview schedules, and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality within recruiting systems.

Global Hiring & Onboarding Support

  • Partner with international onboarding teams to support global hiring efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with local requirements and onboarding processes.

Recruiting Team Support

  • Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Assist with additional coordination and operational tasks as needed.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

  • 13 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
