Technical Recruiter (Engineering & Information Technology)

The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting the growth of Engineering and Information Technology teams by managing full-cycle recruiting efforts and partnering closely with HR and business leadership. This role requires a consultative, data-driven mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate brings a passion for talent acquisition, continuous improvement, and delivering measurable hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned Engineering and/or Information Technology requisitions.
  • Successfully attract, assess, and hire talent across critical technical functions.

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead recruiting efforts through a consultative, customer-focused, and sales-oriented approach.

Talent Programs & Innovation

  • Define, build, and support talent programs that address evolving business needs.
  • Continuously evaluate recruiting processes and share innovative ideas to improve efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.

Data-Driven Recruiting

  • Foster a data-driven recruiting approach by leveraging metrics, trends, and insights to drive results.
  • Analyze hiring data and present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Team Collaboration & Ownership

  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, teamwork, and best-practice development within the Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, ethics, and discipline in all interactions and deliverables.

Required Experience & Skills

Professional Experience

  • 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a regional or national level, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting initiatives.

Technical Recruiting Expertise

  • Prior experience recruiting for Engineering and IT roles, including:
    • Mechanical, Electrical, and Firmware Engineers
    • Project Management and Product Management roles (highly preferred)

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to create buy-in.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data to varied audiences.
  • Ability to perform effectively within a transformative, growth-oriented organization.
