The Legal Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in managing campus recruitment efforts and coordinating summer associate hiring processes. This position is based in New York and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the seamless execution of legal recruiting activities.

Description
Coordinate all aspects of summer associate recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Oversee on-campus recruitment processes and maintain relationships with law schools.
Organize and execute recruitment events and summer programming.
Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing a seamless and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in attorney recruiting and retention.

Profile
Experience in recruitment within the legal field (required).
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
