About the Role

Join Our Team at Spine & Sport Physical Therapy! Physical Therapist – Full-Time (Flexible Schedule) Location: Brawley (409 W Main St. Brawley, CA 92227)

Responsibilities

Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Qualifications

California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

Required Skills

Strong clinical decision-making skills Works as a collaborative team member with other staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care

Pay range and compensation package

Salary Range: Starting salary at $85,000- $115,000 plus monthly productivity bonus. Individual salaries dependent on location, experience and job related factors.
