About the Role As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality, hands‑on outpatient therapy focused on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assist with the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist
Provide high‑quality, hands‑on outpatient therapy focused on patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications
California Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or license pending)
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
Required Skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Mobility: Ability to move freely to assist patients and therapists
Lifting: Ability to lift and carry equipment or assist patients as needed (up to 50 pounds)
Standing: Extended periods of standing and walking during therapy sessions
Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in using therapy tools and equipment
Visual & Auditory Skills: Ability to observe patients and communicate effectively
Flexibility: Adaptability to dynamic healthcare environments
Preferred Skills
Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings
Pay and Compensation Starting hourly rate: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour, plus a monthly production incentive commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable.
