About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Mental Health Therapist
with deep expertise in
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
to help design and deliver a new, specialized
OCD treatment program . This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved area and shape a program from the ground up. You'll work directly with clients while also playing a lead role in building the clinical framework for our OCD services—collaborating closely with leadership to establish best practices and treatment protocols.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct clinical services to individuals with
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
and related anxiety disorders using evidence-based approaches, primarily
CBT
and
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) . Participate in the
design and development
of our OCD treatment program, including curriculum, tools, and workflows. Collaborate with clinical leadership and fellow therapists to ensure quality and consistency of care. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing program development discussions.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Must have the
ability to become licensed in the state of Michigan
(e.g., LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP or higher). Full licensure is not required at time of hire. Extensive training and experience in CBT
is required. Prior experience treating
OCD and/or anxiety disorders
strongly preferred. Experience in program development or clinical leadership is a plus.
