Monday to Friday Hours:
7am to 5pm (flexible; 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch Setting:
Article 16 clinic Responsibilities: Reviewing medical referrals and records for occupational therapy needs Evaluating sensory, motor, and cognitive/perceptual functioning Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Maintaining precise documentation and updates in ECW Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school NYS Occupational Therapist (OT) license Proficiency in OT evaluation, treatment, and use of mobility devices Physical ability to perform patient transfers Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Word) Proficient in supervising assistants/aides Desired Skills: CPR and First Aid certification Experience with Wheelchair Assessment Prior experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Knowledge of PrecisionCare EMR system
