Vice President of Emergency Services
to lead a high-volume Emergency Services division including an Adult ER, Pediatric ER, and three Freestanding Emergency Departments. This executive leader will drive clinical quality, operational performance, patient experience, and growth across multiple sites.
Scope Oversight of Adult ER, Pediatric ER, and 3 FSEDs Approximately
140+ FTEs Reports to the
Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Key Focus Areas Quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance Throughput, staffing, and operational efficiency Physician alignment and patient experience People leadership, engagement, and development Strategic growth and financial performance Required Qualifications 5+ years recent Director-level Emergency Services leadership Level I or II Trauma Center experience BSN, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degrees required Active
RN license
(Texas or compact) BLS required
