No-shows/cancellations do NOT impact your pay - you are salaried for stability - between $93,000 - $98,000 / year [CFs] or $95,000 - $104,000 / year [CCC-SLP] Full reimbursement: therapy materials & toys, ASHA & California licensing dues, Fuel/EV charging Career support & development: Company-paid team annual conference [ASHA or CSHA], Mentorship and direct support from other SLPs in the company, Access to our online library of therapy resources Monthly team get-togethers to build community support each other Personal benefits include but not limited to: Unlimited PTO, unlimited paid sick time, 401K, medical, dental and vision insurance
Responsibilities: Provide in-home speech therapy services to pediatric patients (0-3) Conduct evaluations to assess speech and language disorders Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each patient Implement therapy techniques to improve communication skills Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Utilize parent coaching method to improve therapy outcomes beyond the session Educate and train caregivers in the use of assistive technologies that support daily functional communication Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) OR Clinical Fellow (CF) Valid California licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with pediatric patients preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
