Parker Hannifin . Position Summary Responsible for field applications, system design, and customer product development/enhancement. Provides sales, marketing, and design support to drive the Divisions growth. May manage key accounts. Scope and Responsibilities Manage large OEM accounts, including communication, pricing, quality reports, engineering support, and market analysis. Conduct market research via trade associations, internet, and corporate resources. Support field sales and distributors to maintain customer service excellence. Assist in product adaptation to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Provide technical expertise to facilitate sales closure. Collaborate with design and manufacturing for new or revised products based on customer requirements. Prepare reports on product, project, or territory findings. Provide technical training to customers and distributors as needed. Maintain knowledge of competitors and market activity, providing regular updates. Alert management to market changes affecting Parker products. Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies. Create sales plans related to pricing, lifecycle, and forecasting. Develop strategic sales plans for existing and new markets and products. Identify market needs for innovative products and communicate them to Engineering. Maintain high standards of customer service, throughput, and quality, participating in lean activities. Qualifications Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical discipline. 3-5 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, or engineering within a manufacturing division. Understanding of financial statements and analysis. Proficient in MS Office, Lotus Notes, and CAD software. Strong mechanical comprehension and technical knowledge in Fluid Power systems. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
