Join our team as a Data Analytics SME supporting behavioral health initiatives for military and veteran populations. You'll leverage your skills in SQL, Tableau, and healthcare data systems to drive data-informed decisions that improve care delivery and program performance.
This position is part of a proposal response and is contingent upon contract award, anticipated in October 2025.
WORKSITE:
Remote (Monthly on-site meetings at DHA HQ, Falls Church, VA, as needed)
WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-time, flexible business hours
PAY RATE: $ 40.00 - $44.00

What You'll Do
Analyze and present mental health and program performance data Manage and maintain healthcare databases and reporting systems Use statistical software to develop visualizations and insights (SQL, Tableau, Excel) Work with cross-functional teams to support evidence-based decisions Attend periodic in-person meetings and conferences as required Ensure compliance with privacy and security protocols
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Data, or a related field 3+ years of experience in mental health data analytics (Required) 1+ year of experience in database management and data analysis (post-degree) Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, SPSS or similar tools (Required) Ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences Must pass Tier 1 background investigation (SF-85) Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizenship not required)
