We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead a large-scale behavioral health program supporting military service members and veterans. The ideal candidate combines healthcare leadership experience with strong project management expertise and knowledge of DoD operations.
This position is part of a proposal response and is contingent upon contract award, anticipated in October 2025.

Remote (Monthly on-site meetings at DHA HQ, Falls Church, VA) WORK SCHEDULE:
Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for travel PAY RATE:
$70.00 - $73.00 per hour WHAT WE OFFER: • Paid sick leave based on state regulations after 90 days of employment • Medical, dental, and vision coverage after a waiting period (60% paid by Fortuna) • Free TeleMedicine and Mental Health support for all employees and their families • Additional voluntary benefits: Group Life Insurance, Accidental Insurance, Critical Care, Short-Term Disability WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Lead and manage mental health service programs for DoD clients • Oversee daily operations and staff performance across multiple teams • Communicate regularly with DHA leadership, stakeholders, and partners • Ensure contract compliance, performance tracking, and documentation • Attend monthly on-site meetings and represent the program at events/conferences • Submit travel reports and follow federal reimbursement procedures • Manage onboarding and compliance requirements for program staff WHAT YOU'LL BRING: • PMP or equivalent healthcare project management certification (Required) • Master's degree in mental health, healthcare admin, or related field (Required) • 5+ years of mental health program management experience (Required) • Knowledge of DoD contracts, policies, and personnel (Required) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must pass a Tier 1 background investigation (SF-85) • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizenship not required)
