Technical Project Manager

- As a Project Manager for various technical projects, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables. - This involves working with System Office IT staff, system owners, and college staff to ensure the needs of the VCCS community are being communicated, understood, and met. - Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring resource allocation, managing project updates, running steering committee meetings, and facilitating effective communication to drive the successful implementation of project initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. - The ideal candidate will have experience leading technical enterprise system projects involving various stakeholder groups. This experience MUST be clearly reflected on the resume with technical details included. - Experience with PeopleSoft enterprise systems is a plus, as is VA state Cardinal system experience. - Experience using agile project management methodology is desired. - Must have an active PMP certificate.
