Our well-established team is looking for a motivated and experienced title agent to join us in achieving our goal of providing consistently excellent closing services to clients. Responsibilities: Conduct property search to check for real estate title defects or issues, such as claims, liens, mortgages, deeds, wills, or fraud Conduct title search to prepare a title abstract and title opinion Prepare closing statements after reviewing all closing documents to ensure all title commitments have been met, issue title policy, and transfer title to the new owner Record all legal documents at the county and federal level and present deed to new owners Work effectively throughout the closing process with a variety of industry professionals such as real estate agents, settlement agents, title insurance agents, law firms, escrow officers, closing agents, paralegals, and escrow companies Communicate effectively and regularly with Real Estate agents, Loan officers, and clients Conduct all phases of the Title process through Closing Utilize technical skills to interact through Social media/ Internet/E-recording Validate and verify all financial and remote communication Qualifications: 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor experience, title examiner or providing closing services is required State license requirements must be met for this position --title producers license is a bonus Prefer process-driven, analytical and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills High school diploma required -- college degree preferred Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite The Ideal Candidate will be Personable and Positive with a can-do Attitude 3 years plus of Title experience and interaction with Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers Meet State Licensing requirements- Title Producers license and Notary Communicate effectively and regularly with Real Estate agents, Loan officers, and clients Conduct all phases of the Title process through Closing Utilize technical skills to interact through Social media/ Internet/E-recording Validate and verify all financial and remote communication
