About the Job
This role works onsite in our Phoenix Home Office. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role. SAP QA Analyst As a member of the PetSmart Technology team, the SAP QE Analyst will leverage their experience to ensure the quality of SAP and S4 HANA systems by employing quality standards, methods, and strategies. They will work directly with our business partners, Technology teams, and external vendors to ensure high quality and successful project delivery. Responsibilities
Test Planning & Strategy:
Help test lead build test strategies, plans for SAP and SAP S4 HANA application and related process. Develop test scenarios, test scripts/cases for SAP S4 HANA modules, including functional, integration, and E2E testing. Review and guide automation and performance testing teams to develop strategies. Works with the test lead to estimates testing efforts and provide subject matter expertise. Support UAT testing as required.
Test Execution & Monitoring:
Oversee execution of test cases and ensure through test coverage. Monitor test results and track defects. Connect cross-functional, development, project management teams to clear blockers and keep test plans on track. Preparing and managing test data for system and interface testing.
Reporting and Communication :
Identify, report any risks associated with testing activities. Provide regular updates on testing progress and status.
Defect Management & Process Improvement:
Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using tools like qTest, Jira, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
Experience & Required Skills
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering role, with atleast 5 years of experience in SAP/S4 HANA testing. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, particularly in areas like Finance and Procurement modules. Must have experience in Retail domain. Experience in QA testing on atleast one SAP implementation or SAP S4 migration project. Strong documentation skills. Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. Strong working knowledge of project delivery methodologies like Agile/Scrum. Ability to create and maintain clear and concise test documentation. Proficiency in Test management tools like: qTest(preferred), HP ALM. Good to have experience in automation tools like TOSCA.
