We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to evaluate and improve organizational processes using data analysis, identify trends, recommend solutions, and collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency aligned with strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Develop innovative concepts of operations and capability plans. Translate capability plans into detailed descriptions. Support tactical, operational, and strategic analysis. Conduct effectiveness analysis of capabilities to inform requirements and programs. Complete organizational compliance education for certifications such as Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services. This list is non-exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned. Qualifications Experience and Certifications: Minimum of 10+ years as an Operations Analyst. Recognized industry leader in the field. Education: Master's Degree in relevant field required. Physical Requirements: Work typically performed in an office environment. Sitting, standing, climbing stairs; may involve bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs. Other Qualifications: Must have or be able to obtain required security clearances.
