About the Role:
The Partner will handle complex casualty cases such as wrongful death, products liability, trucking, construction litigation, as well as commercial litigation and excess monitoring. Responsibilities include managing cases, client meetings, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and supervising associates.

Responsibilities: Oversee complex personal injury, commercial litigation, and excess monitoring files Conduct client meetings, reporting, and investigations Manage discovery and motion practice Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Supervise and train associates Qualifications: Valid Texas BAR license and at least 10 years of civil litigation experience. Required Skills: Knowledge of civil procedure Excellent advocacy and writing skills Good billing and time management Experience in depositions and motion practice Reporting experience to clients and insurance carriers Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, quarterly bonuses, 401(k) with profit sharing, comprehensive benefits including healthcare, paid parental leave, and flexible work environment.
