As a People & Culture business partner, you'll provide expertise, advice, support, and services in human resources areas including: Labour relations Performance development and coaching Leadership development and succession planning Disability management Programs and initiatives Change and transition management You will model organizational behaviors such as responsiveness, respect, fairness, collaboration, accountability, and forward thinking. We're looking for individuals who can: Thrive in a challenging, dynamic setting and build strong relationships across the organization Understand client needs and proactively apply HR practices Apply problem-solving and creative thinking skills Facilitate coaching for managers to resolve workplace issues Provide guidance in performance development, workforce planning, and change management Be proficient with HRIS systems like PeopleSoft and Microsoft Office tools Your background and experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field Minimum of five years' experience as an HR generalist Experience in a unionized setting is preferred Labour relations experience is strongly preferred Operational experience is required CPHR designation or working towards it is an asset We will consider equivalent combinations of education and experience.
