The Highlights:

Guaranteed Pay:

(Hukipau) If you finish in less than 10 hours, you still get paid for 10 hours. $35.69/hr for the first 10 shift hours

(your base hourly pay rate will be $26.94, plus an additional $0.25 hourly night shift premium, and a daily quality pay incentive of $85.00 per day, equating to $8.50 per hour for the first 10 shift hours), subject to appropriate tax withholdings and deductions, payable in accordance with the Company’s normal weekly payroll cycle. You are also eligible for overtime as required by applicable law. 4 shifts per week , 2:00 PM - 12 Midnight. Guaranteed 40-hour workweek. Reliable tractor/trailer equipment. Physical, hands-on job:

This is a dynamic role, driving

40% of the time

and

Our two customers in Hawaii are McDonald's and Starbucks, where we provide warehousing, delivery, and customer service from our Waipahu facility. As a member of our team, you’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and delivering high-quality service.

Position Summary (Job Description):

Performs daily transportation functions as directed by Supervisor. Operates diesel-powered tractor-trailer

combination trucks to transport and deliver products.

Drives truck to destination, applying knowledge

of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicles in difficult situations, such as narrow

passageways.

Inspects trucks for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck conditions.

Maintains driver log according to DOTregulations and other federal and company required records/logs.

May be required to perform product backhaul when returning from dispatched route.

Unloads/loads

product at store with assistance from store personnel.

Qualifications Required of this Position:

Valid

CDL A

license Proven experience as a delivery driver. Proficient in driving

tractor-trailers

and

commercial vehicles. Familiarity with

refrigerated trailers. Ability to

safely unload freight. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and accountability. Ability to thrive in a physically demanding, hands-on role. Excellent interpersonal skills

and comfort interacting with customers in a positive, friendly manner. As required by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, commercial drivers must read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand highway signs and traffic signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries in reports and records. #PriorityAcquire
