Enterprise Architect

Lead the long-range planning for the structure and interaction of the enterprise's major types/sources of data, information needs, and business processes/strategy. Essential Functions Responsible for decisions and priorities regarding the overall enterprise's architecture. Translate business needs into architectural solutions (current and target state) and define solutions to problems through application of information technology. Facilitate the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that direct the integration of multiple platforms. Develop and document the framework for integration and implementation of changes to architectural standards. Determine architecture solutions that meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security needs. Provide technical guidance to project teams. Coach the development of junior IT architects. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent formal training. Minimum Experience Five (5) years of relevant work experience in an information technology or engineering environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to apply basic computer concepts, theories, principles, and methods to projects, business problems, issues, and questions. Strong communication skills.
