About the Role

The Company is seeking a visionary VP of Product to spearhead the strategy, vision, and execution of its Direct to Consumer (DTC) business. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering world-class consumer experiences that enhance engagement, drive growth, and strengthen the brand. This high-impact role demands a leader with a strong background in product management, particularly in consumer-facing, growth-driven businesses. The VP of Product will champion the voice of the customer, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure a seamless, personalized, and delightful product experience across digital channels. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end product strategy, building and mentoring a high-performing product team, and operating with a strong sense of accountability to KPIs.

Applicants for the VP of Product role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling consumer products, direct-to-consumer platforms, or e-commerce experiences, and a deep understanding of user behavior and needs. The role requires exceptional communication and collaboration skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a strong focus on product quality and user delight. A systems thinker who can balance short-term wins with long-term scalability, and who is adept at combining data, research, and market signals to drive product innovation, will be well-suited for this position. The company values a diverse and inclusive work environment and is committed to providing a transparent and competitive compensation package.
