Oversee financial management: budgeting, P&L responsibility, pricing, cost control, and profitability analysis. Supervise and mentor service managers, dispatch staff, technicians, and support personnel. Drive commercial growth: customer acquisition, upselling service contracts, and maintaining client relationships. Implement quality control, safety standards, and compliance with New York regulations. Develop and execute operational KPIs: service call volume, response times, first-time fix rate, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets. Hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams; manage performance evaluations and training pathways. Required Qualifications 5–7+ years in service operations or general management; preferably with experience in commercial appliance repair, HVAC, or equipment service. Proven track record managing P&L and growth initiatives. Strong leadership, people management, and customer-facing communication skills. Analytical mindset with financial acumen and strategic planning experience. Trade/safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) or industry-specific licenses a plus. Working Conditions Hybrid role: blend of field visits, onsite supervision, and office administration. Availability to respond to operational issues or emergencies after hours if needed.
