In this role, you will welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, assign rooms, and answer inquiries to ensure an excellent stay. Requirements: Strong communication and listening skills, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing abilities Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are highly desirable Flexible schedule including days, weekends, and holidays High energy, positive attitude, and effective people skills Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to understand and communicate complex ideas using technical or professional language
