The Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) demonstrates proficiency in assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, and other core competencies. The role involves delivering patient-family centered care in a culturally competent manner, adhering to evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred); RNs with an Associate’s degree have 5 years to complete the BSN. Minimum 7 months ICU experience required. Current Florida RN license required. BLS for healthcare providers and ACLS required. Additional Information
