Under the leadership of Dr. Remi Drozd, a board-certified emergency physician with nearly twenty years of experience, our center is dedicated to improving well-being. Dr. Drozd began offering ketamine treatments after recognizing the limitations of traditional Western medicine in addressing certain symptoms and illnesses. The team at Lucid Therapeutics is passionate about ketamine-assisted therapy, pioneering research, and aiding patients in reclaiming their lives. Highly flexible hours Work as a contractor Dedicated and welcoming support staff Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations that include evaluation of mental status, current psychiatric symptoms and functioning, and other relevant health histories. Determine patients eligibility for spravato and make appropriate recommendations based on best practices. Administer treatment plans in accordance with standardized procedures. Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatments, and symptom management strategies. Maintain timely and accurate charting of clinical encounters in an Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Accurately code clinical encounters with CPT and diagnosis codes. Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with patients and colleagues. Qualifications All candidates must have a valid and current, unrestricted, California NP and Furnishing license without any disciplinary action(s). Candidates must hold a valid degree, Master’s degree (or higher), from an accredited institution. Candidate must have a valid California DEA registration Candidate must have ANCC PMHNP Board Certification Paneled with California insurances or willing to go through the process Autonomous practice ability Proficiency with EHR - AdvanceMD Telehealth experience and a high comfort level of working with technology Compassionate and motivated Team Player Seniority level
