Sodexo is seeking an Area General Manager that will oversee Food Service for Gateway Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation located in Chicago, Aurora, and Lake Villa, Illinois.

Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. What You'll Do

have oversight of day-to-day operations; oversee Sodexo’s Resident Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery; implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for rehabilitation be responsible for Food and Physical Safety and annual training for all hourly associates collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident experience; manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies; mentor, develop, and retain managers and frontline staff; develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
