Position Overview: Leading Property Management company is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a

Remote Senior Vice President, Operations & Property Services .

The is a dynamic and strategic leadership role responsible for

operational excellence and overall performance of the company's nationwide

portfolio

. T his executive will oversee all aspects of property management, including resident experience, asset performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance along with property services focused on construction, renovations, repairs, maintenance, vendor management, procurement and other related functions. The SVP will lead a team of regional and national managers to drive profitability, customer satisfaction, service delivery, and sustainable growth.

This is a fully remote position with travel up to 25% of the time. Job Summary: The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Operations & Property Services is responsible for the

strategic leadership, operational excellence, and overall performance of the company's

nationwide single-family retail, institutional and multifamily portfolio. This executive will oversee

all aspects of property management, including resident experience, asset performance,

operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance along with property services focused on

construction, renovations, repairs, maintenance, vendor management, procurement and other

related functions. The SVP will lead a team of regional and national managers to drive

profitability, customer satisfaction, service delivery, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for the nationwide single-family

property management portfolio and property services offerings, aligning with overarching

company objectives and driving significant revenue growth. Leverage exceptional business and financial acumen to optimize asset performance,

control costs, and maximize profitability, creating an environment that fosters both

financial success and team development. Analyze key performance indicators and market trends to inform strategic decision-

making, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive continuous improvement across

the portfolio and property services. Operationalize strategic decisions through effective communication, meticulous project

management, and expert execution, ensuring seamless implementation across the

national footprint. Navigate the complex interplay between national business line objectives and local

market accountability, fostering strong internal relationships and collaborative

partnerships. Develop and implement innovative resident experience programs that enhance tenant

satisfaction, drive retention, and create a competitive advantage. Align the service delivery model to consistently exceed asset and portfolio performance

objectives, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction and high levels of

service delivery. Drive operational efficiencies, cost reductions, quality and standardized best practices to

optimize property performance and profitability, realizing significant operating leverage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, COE, legal, and IT to drive

portfolio growth, operational and service improvements. Oversee vendor management strategy and procurement process optimization to

establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and suppliers and ensure

timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. Represent the company in industry forums and with key stakeholders, building strategic

relationships and enhancing the company's market presence. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, fair housing laws, and

industry best practices, mitigating risk and ensuring ethical operations. Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and trust across local, regional, and national

teams, driving a unified and high-performing organization. Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to regional and national property

management and property services professionals, cultivating a culture of accountability

and excellence. Develop and execute a talent strategy to identify high potential talent, build bench

strength and leadership succession plan.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, construction management or a related field

(Master's degree preferred). 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in property management, real estate

operations, property services, or asset management, with a strong focus on single-family

rentals. Proven track record of driving significant business growth and profitability in a large-

scale, multi-state property management/services organization. Proven track record of successfully managing construction, renovations, repairs &

maintenance, and related functions. Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to

translate data into actionable business plans. Comprehensive understanding of marketing, negotiating, legal, environmental, and

construction aspects of single-family residential property management. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, inspire confidence, and motivate teams to

thrive in dynamic and challenging environments. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage

and influence diverse and distributed teams. Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to understand tenant needs and develop

innovative solutions. Proficiency in property management and property services software and industry best

practices. Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
