is currently seeking In-House counsel to join our rapidly growing organization. Responsibilities: This role will involve regular interaction with in-house paralegal, internal and external clients, as well as outside counsel in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Responsible for performing projects important to the success and needs of our business and the clients we serve. Review, draft and negotiate contracts with hundreds of customers and vendors; Assist in the creation and review of legal documents and the negotiation of client and supplier contracts; Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate entities, as required. Ensure that the Company complies with laws and regulations; Assists in the legal due diligence process; Coordinate and oversee legal requirements for the organization; All other duties that may be required in her function. Requirements: Strong relationship-building skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be able to use considerable judgement, advanced skills, and initiative to efficiently and independently resolve complex problems as they arise, and to follow established processes to resolve issues quickly Must demonstrate a strong understanding of both legal and business strategies, and understand the impact of the work on the department and/or clients, and make recommendations for solutions 0-5 years of experience Experience in the transportation industry is a plus Email and digital communications for job postings will only come from the @flstransport.com domain.
