Salesforce Architect

Are you a Salesforce expert with a passion for transforming patient experiences in the healthcare space? We’re looking for a Salesforce CRM Lead with deep experience in Health Cloud to help us build and scale patient-centric solutions that make a real impact. What You’ll Do: Lead the design and administration of Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud platforms Integrate third-party systems to support patient services and engagement Optimize CRM technologies to enhance the patient journey across providers, payers, and partners Architect solutions for onboarding, servicing, and supporting patients Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions Drive innovation using patient data, metadata, and analytics Ensure HIPAA compliance and support validation processes What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in full systems lifecycle management with Salesforce (Health Cloud preferred) 4+ years in the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech, or med device) Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and API integrations Experience with EHRs, legacy data models, and patient support programs Familiarity with HIPAA, Part 11 compliance, and system validation Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills Bonus Points: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Health Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder) Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates) Knowledge of how to enable care coordinators and build 1:1 patient relationships Seniority level
