Daley And Associates – Recruiting Associate – Boston, MA
Daley And Associates is currently seeking candidates for a Recruiting Associate Consultant position with a client who is a prominent financial services firm in Boston. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious professional looking to gain full-cycle recruiting experience.
This is a 6-month consulting engagement that will pay up to $50.00 / hour. C2C Candidates will not be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Define critical success factors to shape sourcing strategies and interview standards Engage with potential candidates across professional platforms and social media Draft and distribute targeted outreach messages to prospective talent Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment partners to understand role specifications Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify strong candidate profiles Build and maintain pipelines of talent to support future staffing needs Track and analyze recruitment funnel metrics, including passive-to-active candidate conversions, interview progression, offer acceptance, and hires Leverage external networks to request and collect candidate referrals Update and manage candidate records within the applicant tracking system (Workday) Reach out to previous applicants to inform them of new relevant opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree 1-2 years of recruitment experience (preferably technology recruitment) Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal Well versed in social media and technology applications High-energy and Self-directed Ability to work in a team environment Ability to make daily recruiting calls Willingness to meet with candidates daily via video and phone calls.
