Description Rose Hill Center is a farm-based residential treatment program for adults with mental illness. We provide a trauma informed culture celebrating unique human experiences, promoting integrity, transparency, and inspiring change, recovery, resiliency, and healing. General Statement of Duties : Responsible for the development, distribution and maintenance of Rose Hill Center’s and Rose Hill Foundation’s various communications products reaching both internal stakeholders and external audiences, to include (but not limited to) digital and printed newsletters, collateral materials, website, social media, and public relations.Responsible for producing creative, high-quality content that engages target audiences and builds awareness and understanding of Rose Hill Center’s and Foundation’s unique strengths and services. Supports outreach efforts to new and existing referral partners on an as needed basis. Essential Functions and Responsibilities : Develop, oversee, and implement a plan to increase Brand Awareness for both Rose Hill Center and Foundation. Execute a measurable, annually refreshed, multi-channel Communication & Content Plan aligned to organizational strategy and fundraising, admissions, and advocacy goals. Update and share the Communication Plan with organizational leadership on an ongoing basis. Develop and distribute various communication items to stakeholders of Rose Hill in the form of bi-annual print newsletters, the Annual/Community Report, E-News (monthly), employee newsletter, and other special communication pieces as assigned. Manage production and distribution of printed products. Manage media relations in conjunction with the CEO and Director of Philanthropy. Manage SEO activity in conjunction with outside vendor, according to approved plan. Responsible for maintenance of Constant Contact (segmented) database and Salesforce CRM software; provides employee training and key reporting for these platforms on an on-going basis. Work with the Foundation team to help manage Rose Hill’s various social media channels, ensuring creativity and continuity of message and utilizing these platforms to increase engagement on the platforms, as well as grow general awareness of Rose Hill’s programs and activities. Support the Foundation’s special events by managing design and print needs as well as providing event day support. Responsible for monitoring and updating content across all communication platforms, as needed (website, collateral, etc.) Assists Admissions Team in achieving resident census targets and payor mix at or ahead of budget. Participates as a supporting member of the Admissions Team by answering, screening and following up on incoming inquiries to determine qualification for services offered by Rose Hill Center. Provides additional information targeted to the specific needs of the potential resident, as well as an application and release of information forms. Refers qualified potential applicants for clinical assessments. Schedules and conducts on-site tours/visits for prospective residents, families, donors, referral sources and approved media. Assists in maintaining admissions records as required by AFC regulations and Rose Hill Center standards/policies. Maintains sales activity records, competitive analysis, and prepares reports as directed. Supports the efforts of the Director of Business Development and Director of Philanthropy as needed. Participate in daily and weekly sales and admissions meetings as directed. Participates in philanthropy team meetings as directed. Participate in off-site or on-site Business Development activities as indicated, in coordination with the Director of Business Development. Provides support to the Director of Business Development by coordinating outreach initiatives, including scheduling tours and events, contacting referral partners as needed, and assisting with the management of the referral pipeline. Support philanthropic revenue through campaign branding, event communications, and donor storytelling. Establish an editorial style guide, brand voice, tone, and trauma-informed messaging standards consistent across all platforms. Build a consented story bank (resident success stories, family testimonials, donor spotlights) for multi-channel use consistent with privacy standards (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 where applicable). Participates in periodic Board Marketing Committee meetings as directed. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social services, or related field, or bachelor's degree and equivalent education and experience. Certifications (Preferred): Google Analytics Certification. Google Ads (esp. Nonprofit/Grants). Salesforce Administrator orNPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) familiarity. HubSpot / Inbound Marketing Certification. Crisis Communication or Media Spokesperson training.
