Vice President of Engineering

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Proven eight to ten years experience with in a senior engineering management role Must be a Registered Professional Engineer or obtain registration to practice in Kentucky within a reasonable amount of time. Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing engineering teams Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of software development processes and best practices Ability to drive a culture of innovation Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
