Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

• Operates heavy equipment. Uses the backhoe to dig up broken sewers, broken pavements, water lines, and culverts.
• Loads dump trucks and sets posts.
• Uses the dozer to backfill ditches, grade roads, grade parking lots, grade areas for buildings, push down trees, and to clear areas.
• Operates an International 4900 series dump truck with an equipment trailer.
• Uses the dump truck to haul dirt, gravel, and sand.
• Pulls flatbed trailers to move equipment, tools, etc.

Position-Specific Details:

• Appointment Type: Probational
• Work Schedule: Work hours are 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Thursday
• Compensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
