Senior Hr Generalist

We are looking for an accomplished Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Gainesville, Georgia. This role is essential in driving HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will excel in employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR development while contributing to organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Address employee concerns and mediate workplace conflicts to maintain a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Implement and manage performance review processes, offering guidance and feedback to managers and employees.
  • Organize and coordinate development programs that enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and update company policies as needed to align with legal requirements.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
  • Optimize HRIS systems and workflows to improve efficiency and leverage technological capabilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-functional processes and drive organizational efficiency.
  • Support strategic HR initiatives aimed at facilitating company expansion and long-term growth.
  • Take on leadership roles in new projects and initiatives as the organization evolves.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in UKG
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; alternatively, 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with expertise in generalist or analyst functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and best practices in human resources.
  • Proven ability to analyze HR metrics and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in benefits administration and employee relations investigations.
