divh2Job Title/h2pThe primary purpose of this position is to provide exceptional support to production, sales department, and other office functions by effectively providing information, running reports, answering questions, answering the phones and any other administrative or clerical duties. As this is a front line internal and external service position, pleasant and helpful professional demeanor is critical./ph3Duties And Responsibilities/h3pEssential Functions/polliData entry, customer orders and soil./liliAnswering phone, routing calls./liliGreeting visitors, vendors and guests./liliMatching and filing./liliProcessing changes to customer orders./liliClosing: verifying bin tickets, making adjustment, distribution of delivery tickets./liliComplete scan, PDF and mailing of weekly invoices./liliApply credits to customer accounts./liliFollow office procedures, guidelines and projects as directed by the Corporate Office./liliWork at shipping desk on production floor to pack and check out going orders./liliAny other duties as assigned or deemed necessary./li/olpQualifications/pulliThe ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without an accommodation./liliAt least 2 years administrative experience/liliSolid working knowledge of Microsoft office applications/liliConsistently pleasant phone demeanor and customer service reaction/liliPrevious work experience in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities/liliSince this position handles a number of different duties, the incumbent must be comfortable and able to be proficient at switching tasks frequently./liliHigh School Education or GED/li/ulpDecision Making Accountability/pp(List routine decisions the incumbent should make autonomously)/pulliDaily prioritization of routine work/liliWhere to direct phone calls/li/ulp(List decisions that the incumbent should seek approval prior to making)/pulliExceptions to existing policy or procedures/li/ulpWorking Conditions/pulliTypical of an office environment/li/ulpThe following physical requirements are necessary to perform the essential functions of this position:/pulliFrequent standing and walking during working hours./liliFrequent sitting, bending, stooping/liliMay sit at computer for extended periods of time/liliMust be able to answer the phone and provide information/li/ul/div
