Job Description Oversee and directly manage multiple specialized and various functional teams (e.g. Application Development, Solutions Designers, Business Systems Analysts, Support, Technology Project Management etc.) and be responsible for seamless management of ongoing infrastructure support shared services, communicating the technology organizations overall book of work, and managing expectations for all stakeholders Acts as the single or primary point of engagement for overall planning and demand partner management discussions with business leaders technology partners and is involved in demand intake, capacity forecasting, project system or platform lifecycle management, and technology delivery and or service delivery relationship Manage cross -functional team of IT professionals to support assigned business clients internal partners stakeholder needs and requirements.
