Position: E2E Project Manager Location: Mount Laurel, NJ Job Description Dynamic and results-driven professional with 8-10 years of experience in end-to-end delivery and project management from a technology perspective, successfully executing large and complex projects in distributed systems technology ecosystems. Proven track record in project planning and management, product owner support, and process improvement, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. Extensive experience leading diverse projects of varying scope and complexity, managing project budgets, internal team allocations, and vendor statements of work (SOWs). Skilled in strategic thinking, with the ability to present and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Expertise in defining project goals and scope, planning and documenting tasks, managing resources, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery of key deliverables. Strong capability in risk identification, mitigation, and progress monitoring, driving corrective actions as needed to ensure project success. 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, demonstrating excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Domain expertise in Retail Banking, Collections, and Recovery, with prior experience in Test Data Management (TDM) roles preferred. Adept at overseeing and managing multiple specialized and cross-functional teams (Application Development, Solution Design, Business Systems Analysis, Support, and Technology Project Management), ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery within shared services environments.
