270588Las Vegas, Nevada**The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International****THE JOB:**The Executive Director of Third-Party Partnerships leads the enterprise strategy for revenue-generating third-party partnerships across MGM Resorts International. This role drives incremental growth by structuring, negotiating, and activating high-value agreements that integrate MGM's core offerings—Rooms, Entertainment, and Food & Beverage—into partner ecosystems. While partnership frameworks are often standardized, this leader differentiates performance through disciplined portfolio strategy, thoughtful deal design, and effective activation that maximizes financial impact, guest value, and brand alignment.Working closely with Pricing, Distribution, Ticketing, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other corporate partners, the Executive Director identifies opportunities that deliver measurable enterprise value. Leveraging data-driven insights and strong commercial judgment, this role optimizes partnership economics, evaluates performance, and ensures alignment with enterprise priorities. Success requires a strategic, financially astute leader who can build trusted senior-level partnerships, influence cross-functional teams, and consistently translate strategy into scalable results.**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Lead the enterprise strategy for revenue-generating third-party partnerships across Rooms, Entertainment, and Food & Beverage, aligned to MGM Resorts International’s growth priorities. Build, expand, and manage a high-value partnership portfolio that drives incremental revenue through account growth, selective new partnerships, and disciplined portfolio optimization. Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities using market insights, competitive benchmarking, and enterprise data such as demand signals, guest behavior, and performance analytics.* Drive commercial performance by influencing pricing, packaging, and offer strategy in partnership with Revenue Management, Distribution, and Ticketing teams. Oversee partner merchandising and go-to-market execution with Marketing and Commerce to ensure third-party offers are competitive, on-brand, and effectively activated. Provide strategic oversight of ticketing partnerships to optimize distribution, demand access, and partner integration for live events and experiences.* Apply strong commercial and financial judgment to evaluate partnership economics and lead negotiations that balance revenue growth, brand integrity, operational feasibility, and risk mitigation. Align cross-functional teams across Revenue, Marketing, Loyalty, Distribution, Ticketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, and TDD to ensure seamless execution. Champion continuous improvement by strengthening partnership governance, processes, and scalable operating models, while serving as a senior enterprise representative for MGM through executive-ready business cases and external partner and industry engagement.**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or a related field and bring 6+ years of prior relevant experience in business development, strategic account management, and/or sales strategy.* They will demonstrate strong business acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account expansion.
