Responsibilities

Build and lead a world-class marketing organization encompassing brand, communications, demand generation, digital marketing, and product marketing. Develop the company’s marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with revenue goals, market dynamics, and corporate priorities. Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Optimization to create integrated go-to-market plans that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue. Own and elevate the TSC brand across all channels, ensuring consistent, compelling, and differentiated messaging. Oversee all corporate communications, PR initiatives, and industry visibility efforts. Ensure brand alignment across internal and external materials, proposals, pitches, and sales enablement collateral. Represent TSC at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Develop and execute robust demand generation programs to drive qualified leads across hospitality, gaming/casino, commercial, healthcare, and specialty services markets. Requirements

10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, staffing, outsourced services, facilities management, or enterprise B2B service environments. Expertise across all marketing disciplines including brand, demand generation, digital, content, communications, and product/service marketing. Demonstrated success scaling a marketing function and building high-performing teams. Proven experience developing integrated go-to-market strategies that drive revenue at scale. Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, and senior leadership teams. Deep understanding of marketing technology stacks and CRM/automation platforms. Preferred
