Position Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
Build, lead, and scale the marketing organization across brand, product marketing, demand generation, content, events, and communications
Define positioning, messaging, and narrative across all channels and audiences
Drive pipeline and revenue impact through integrated, data-driven demand-generation programs
Oversee development of sales enablement materials, product one-pagers, customer stories, and thought leadership
Lead tradeshow and conference strategy across key healthcare and SaaS industry events
Establish marketing KPIs, analytics, budget ownership, and ROI measurement
Manage agencies, contractors, and external partners as needed
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure tight alignment across go-to-market initiatives
Act as a member of the leadership team, contributing to company strategy and growth planning
Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications
10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with healthcare or digital health experience strongly preferred
Proven success leading and scaling marketing teams in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
Strong background across product marketing, demand generation, brand, content, and digital marketing
Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategy to pipeline and revenue outcomes
Excellent storytelling, positioning, and executive-level communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning metrics, budgets, and performance reporting
Hands-on, startup-ready leader with high ownership, fast execution, and comfort operating with ambiguity
Compensation $240k
Participation in Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance (Benefits includes option for FSA, HAS and transit tax benefits)
