Data Freelance Hub
Business Analyst III – Seattle, WA – Contract (3 months) – $58.1 per hour. This role requires 5+ years of analytical experience, 3+ years of SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL expertise.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain KPIs to provide strategic insights to drive growth and optimization.
Build automated and scalable reporting solutions by developing efficient data pipelines and dashboards to support recurring and ad-hoc analytical needs.
Work independently and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to gather requirements, identify/validate data sources, and build reporting solutions.
Understand current and future business needs by working closely with stakeholders to recognize upcoming needs and requirements.
Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting, analysis, and research (data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation).
Directly perform ad‑hoc analysis to determine the root cause of ambiguous systemic challenges at the request of senior leadership.
Serve as the internal analytics consultant for the Director of Marketing, Program, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience working as an analyst and/or a related role.
3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with ETL to build data pipelines to support automated reporting.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical or quantitative field.
Experience in operations, supply chain, marketing, or logistics.
