EB Team Account Executive Job Summary

The EB Team Account Executive is responsible for retaining and growing a significant book of business by managing client relationships and service needs. You will play a key role in new and renewal marketing, addressing client inquiries, and supporting Sales Executives to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans, set service expectations, and manage client relationships to drive retention, growth, and profitability. Build and maintain relationships with C‑Suite executives. Provide technical support to Sales Executives, including coverage analysis and quotations, and coordinate internal service for new and existing clients. Oversee account marketing, including submissions, proposals, and placement for new and renewal business. Research market trends and negotiate favorable terms. Apply expertise in USI ONE Advantage, Stewardship process, and Omni deliverables; contribute to strategy meetings. Identify cross‑selling opportunities across practices and maintain regular client engagement through visits. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance within agency and document management systems. Partner with leadership to select account management staff and subject matter experts for sales presentations. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to enhance USI’s market position; represent USI at industry events. Collaborate with account management teams and national/regional resources to maximize results. Communicate client goals and ensure optimal resource utilization. Respond promptly to underwriter inquiries and engage USI resources as needed. Stay current on industry trends, products, legislation, and technology. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier, or related B2B sales. College degree and current insurance license preferred. Strong understanding of Employee Benefits or Property & Casualty. Ability to engage senior‑level management with executive presence. Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and follow‑up skills. Consultative and resourceful approach with excellent customer focus and listening skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Sagitta/ImageRight is a plus. Ability to prioritize, manage workflows, and maintain accuracy. Team‑oriented with strong relationship‑building skills. #LI-CS4 #Hybrid
