Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.****The Impact You’ll Make in this Role**The person hired for the position of **Integrated Business Planning Global Portfolio Lead** will be responsible for developing capabilities (People, Process, Data, and Technology), leading change, and ensuring effective & accelerated implementation of the Global IBP Portfolio Management Review for their respective business.
This role will be managing the deployment, and capability and maturity improvement which will require an experienced professional who is able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment, leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and leadership skills. This role will be challenged to build and implement a world class Global Integrated Business Planning Portfolio Management Review process to drive value realization by improving growth and margin in support of their respective business.As a(n) **Integrated Business Planning Global Portfolio Lead**, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:* Liaises with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to lead and facilitate the Portfolio Management Review sessions, ensuring alignment between portfolio, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.* Align portfolio strategy with business goals by partnering cross functionally to ensure portfolio decisions support revenue growth, profitability, and customer expectations.* Drive rigorous execution of the product life cycle plans ensuring projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, with adequate resourcing.* Monitor and track portfolio performance via KPIs and provide insights to leadership* Gather, quantify, & manage portfolio plans and assumptions, risks, and opportunities.* Supports the continuous improvement of the Portfolio processes by leading governance, owning continuous improvement plans, and prioritizing and driving enhancements to data and tools.* Ensure scenarios are developed and presented to highlight gap closing actions and the process is centered around decision making.* Support Integrated Consensus reviews for their respective business, representing Portfolio plans and impacts of risks, issues and opportunities.**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university* Minimum seven (7) combined years of Business, Finance, Marketing and/or Supply Chain experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Previous experience leading Sales & Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning processes* Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain* Experience leading projects to improve business processes and their integration with strategic or operational business planning* Working in international, cross-cultural working environments* Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing Portfolio strategy* Influence others and overcome barriers to change (including behavioral/cultural and organizational issues)* Self-motivated and a good communicator at all levels of the organization* Experience with analytical tools for data discovery & modeling, visualization and analysis* Experience utilizing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)**Work location:*** Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but requires travel to St. Paul, MN location at least 2 days per week**Travel: May include up to 20% domestic/international****Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized****Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).****Supporting Your Well-being** Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
